Snakeskin sweater/top: yay or nay?

I had a doctor's appt today and on the way back, I stopped at the mall. I have been on the look out for a slouchy sweater, something like Angie got from NAS but with a lower neckline since I have a larger bust.

I think this cotton sweater from Mango might fit the bill. It is black&white snakeskin, slightly high low and has 3/4th length sleeves. I would wear it with a cami underneath and when it gets colder, a thermal tank. I usually wear fitted clothes, so this is something new for me. What do you think?

It is on sale and the sales end on Sunday, so I would get this tomorrow if you all approve. Thanks for helping! :)

I think it is neat. Is it lower at the back than at the front (as in picture 6)? I like the pattern on you.

Thanks Ceit, yes it is lower in the back and higher in the front!

Love it! I can see it with a half tuck with your new BF jeans...

Shannon: Ooh slouchy on slouchy! I will have to build up courage for that!

This is terrific Kirti! I love the print and the neutral tones one you, fab with those bright jeans. I don't think it looks too voluminous on you either, just the right amount of slouch.

    Thanks Claire and cjh! :)

I don't care for the pattern placement over your chest... sorry to be a nay-sayer.

rae; Ooh now that you mention it, I see the pattern! But I don't mind that much... :P

I like it Kirti - I say yay! Did you get it?

I like it! I didn't mention the pattern placement until Rae mentioned it. I'm guessing it's not as noticeable in person than with the flash of the camera. A different top, might have a slightly different placement, too. Anyway, I like it.

Jem: Thanks! I tried the top on again and the pattern placement is not as noticeable irl. Hubs thought it was okay too, so I bought it! :-)
