My husband is usually a neutrals fan but he thought that today's outfit was 'cool'! He didn't like my new loafers though, he thinks they're a little too shiny. :P
We just went out to buy some groceries and on the way he looked at a group of girls and said 'all the girls here dress the same, in dark colours. And look at you - so colourful.' And he meant that as a compliment!!! :D
I'm so happy! I love the idea that my husband has started getting used to my super colourful outfits :D

What an awesome confidence boost! Especially as he singled out *why* you looked so much better than all the other girls. You do look really great in this outfit though, the colours work together perfectly so I see why he felt the need to compliment you :0)
I'm extremely lucky that my husband is a designer so he has a really good eye for what looks good and what doesn't. (greeat shopping buddy!) He's extra specialy good with colour and will frequently comment on my coloured items using the nearest Pantone code! Lol.

Mrs Moo: Thank you :) my husband is a very patient shopper too and he has picked out some of the best pieces in my closet. He just isn't used to lots of colour but I guess he is getting used to it now. You're so lucky that your husband is good with colour! :)

I love this on you - the colours are great, the fit on everything is spot on and I love the proportions. I think it's so sweet that hubby is noticing your outfits - but I don't think the loafers are too shiny!

You look great, Kirti. Colorful, but not "over the top." The easy, tailored shape of the loafers offset the glitz, which makes them far more interesting and useful in your casual, colorful wardrobe. Wear again!
